Durability commitment: Analysis of the metal bucket body and industrial motor of our industrial-grade Vacuum Cleaner (70-100L)

The iron filings, wood chips and fiberglass dust on the workshop floor, like sandpaper, polish the "bottom line" of the cleaning equipment every day. We have pushed industrial-grade Vacuum Cleaners to the forefront not to show off their skills, but to ensure that their suction power remains unchanged, the bucket does not collapse, and the motor does not catch up after three or five years. The capacity range of 70 to 100 liters is the peak amount of waste per shift for most manufacturing plants.Making the bucket all-metal and replacing the heart with an industrial motor are the footnotes we wrote for the word "durable".

Metal barrel body: Treating "bumps and knocks" as a daily occurrence, but keeping "deformation" out of the door

The 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate is formed by one-time stamping. The weld seam is placed at the 135° folded Angle of the bucket body where the force is the least, allowing the impact force to be dispersed along the arc. The surface powder coating is 80μm thick. After 500 hours of salt spray test, no red rust appears, which is equivalent to using it in a coastal injection molding workshop for ten years without any spots. An 8mm rubber shock-absorbing ring is added to the bottom of the bucket. When a worker casually places it, the hard collision between the metal and the ground is instantly absorbed, and the noise reduction is also solved by 3dB at the same time.

The more crucial point is "no cracking". Engineering plastic drums will become brittle when exposed to low temperatures and soften again when exposed to the exhaust pipes of forklifts. The elastic modulus of metals remains almost unchanged within the range of -20 ℃ to 90 ℃. Even if they are pushed to an outdoor warehouse to absorb snow water in winter, there will be no hidden cracking with a "click" sound.

Industrial motors: Set "continuous operation" as the default instead of "optional function"

The common "household motor enlarged version" on the market can only last for 30 minutes at the 2200W range, and the temperature rise will soar to 110K. We extended the stator core by 15mm, coated the copper wire with 200-grade polyimide paint, and added a 30% margin to F-class insulation. This enabled the industrial motor to operate continuously at 3000W for 8 hours, and the temperature rise remained below 75K. The three-phase 380V version even raises the peak vacuum to 28kPa, lifting steel nails in CNC machines as if they were feathers - without jamming, blocking the rotor, or burning out the machine.

The bearing chamber is separately made of aluminum heat dissipation fins, which are coaxial with the air-cooled impeller. The external dust is isolated by the centrifugal baffle, and the service life is directly extended from 800 hours to 3,000 hours. In other words, if you work at a high intensity for four hours a day, the motor can accompany you for a full two years before entering the "maintenance period" instead of the "scrapping period".

The "sweet spot" of 70-100L: Let the garbage be "filled in one go" and let the workers "make one less trip"

We have tested 50 metal processing workshops and found that the volume of aluminum shavings per shift is between 65 and 85 liters. The bucket was made too small, so the workers had to stop the machine halfway to dump the garbage, and the time was cut into pieces. It's made too big and the equipment is so heavy that it can't be pushed. 70-100L is just right for loading the "peak garbage" in one go, while maintaining a push rod height of 680mm - below 95% of the hip height line for Asian men, allowing it to be dragged away without bending over.

There is only a 42mm distance from the barrel wall to the motor. The vacuum loss is reduced to within 7% by using a "short air duct". The suction power of the same power range is 12% higher than that of the plastic bucket model, while the power consumption is reduced by 8%. Durability and energy conservation have been simultaneously incorporated into the algorithm within the metal structure.

For maintenance, only two knobs need to be removed

Without tools, the 270° quick-release bucket can be opened by turning it counterclockwise twice. The filter is suspended on the bucket cover by six spring hooks. With a tap and a blow, the cleaning is completed in 30 seconds. We also incorporate "easy maintenance" into the durability index - the simpler it is, the less likely it is to be malfunctioned due to "laziness".

When an industrial vacuum cleaner can still maintain 90% of the vacuum degree of the first day in the third year, when the bucket body is hit by a forklift but only leaves a scratch without peeling off the paint, and when the motor does not need to replace the bearing after 8,000th hours - "durability" is no longer an advertising slogan, but a black figure on the financial statement with a missing "expenditure on newly purchased equipment". The combination of the metal barrel body and the industrial motor is a long love poem we wrote to the factory: You just produce the dust, and we are responsible for sending it away, and for a longer time.
